We take care of the monthly hassle of invoicing and collecting rent for your properties. We make sure your tenants pay on time and handle any issues that may arise.
We also pay out to you no later than the 12th day of the month, given all tenants have paid their rent accordingly. We provide the option to pay you by direct deposit or check.

We handle the aspect of collecting, holding, and paying out security deposits for your properties. When a tenant moves out, we make sure any repairs or cleanings are preformed by professionals and any cost is withheld from the security deposit, if applicable.

We make it our mission to find the perfect tenants for your property! Our marketing strategies include multiple photos and detailed property descriptions promoted on popular sites like Zillow or Furnished Finder.
