If your security deposit, pet deposits, and any utility hook-up deposits (if applicable) are paid, there's nothing left to do until move in day. At that time, the rent for that month will be due and you will need to fill out a move in checklist (linked below) documenting any damages that may have been there previous to you moving in. This is to protect your deposit when you do move out so put as many details as possible!
