I'm moving in soon, is there anything I need to do still?

If your security deposit, pet deposits, and any utility hook-up deposits (if applicable) are paid, there's nothing left to do until move in day. At that time, the rent for that month will be due and you will need to fill out a move in checklist (linked below) documenting any damages that may have been there previous to you moving in. This is to protect your deposit when you do move out so put as many details as possible!

What do we do for your HOA?

The following are some of the stresses we take off of the HOA Board's shoulders:

  • Assessment invoicing/collection
  • Account & budget management
  • Drafting resale certificates/statements for transfers of title ensuring all applicable fees and assessments are paid
  • Assist with submitting and reviewing ACC requests for improvements
  • Draft and send out quarterly newsletters to residents/owners
  • Register and deliver gate tags to residents (if applicable)
  • Communicate with contractors relating to upkeep and maintenance in the subdivision

For the HOAs we manage, we utilize a website called PayHOA.com. Once we receive your information from closing, we add you as a resident where you can log in to view related documents for the subdivision, submit requests, view your account details, pay your assessment, and much more!
